What happens if my church's subscription lapses?
Members immediately revert to the free tier (10 questions per month). No grace period for lapsed church subscriptions.
Can a member use their existing Waymark account?
Yes. When a member accepts their invitation, they can log in with their existing account and get linked instantly. No need to create a new account.
What if a member leaves the church?
The admin can remove them from the dashboard at any time. They'll revert to the free tier. No hard feelings — they keep their account and conversation history.
Can we add more seats later?
Yes. Admins can increase or decrease seat count from the dashboard at any time. Charges are prorated automatically by Stripe.
Is Waymark a replacement for Logos or other Bible study tools?
Not at all. Waymark is a conversational AI grounded in primary sources — great for answering specific theological questions. It complements tools like Logos rather than replacing them.
